harden the Wise-up business into one which use would bring to a more confident approach;

definitively segment the potential customers that Wise-up targets and will look at whether any neighbouring categories should also be targeted; it will then prioritise those considered suitable;

define exact parameters of the Wise-up service into each category of customer; |

|
study the initial project business plan, test it and refine it into a major tool suitable for forging ahead with the business and suitable for convincing financial backers to provide support (final project business plan);

|
|
validate the business model behind the Wise-up concept and the market strategy that the consortium has now in mind;
|
|
|
install fully operational test sites in Spain, Italy, and Austria, in which the planned service can be completely validated at which factors susceptible to national and/or cultural differences within Europe can be investigated and, where necessary, formally tested.
